New version of Coloban 0.10.14 (and 0.10.13) has been uploaded!

- Better notification if no permissions provided for Audio/Video calls;
- Edit circle is available from one place in Topic adder;
- Messages layout slightly updated;
- Event previews are re-organised in a better way;

- Adding link to forum from Coloban application;
- Adding titles for Chats, Issue tracker and other pages;
- Adding hours/days selector to Kanban and Issue tracker as well;
Fixes:
- Adding Declined parameter in Circles participant;
- Fixing non-responsive files uploader on Mobiles;
- Fixing topic adder non-getting back to Name/Circle selectors;
- Task name parser doesn\’t break links and other identifiers anymore;
- Fixed non responsive own participant on Video and Audio calls;
